Had a few surprises during install in a 2022 Escape SE Hybrid but nothing major. I had to splice in another foot of wire for the passenger side wiring to get a clean install, but its in and works great. Again the install video was a great help!
This wiring harness fit our 2020 Escape Titanium Hybrid perfectly! The online video demonstrates the installation. Big thank you to etrailer.com for supplying all the parts needed to install a complete hitch assembly including a hitch, wiring harness and mounting bracket for the harness plug.
Let's us use an extra set of taillights when our bike rack blocks the car taillights.

The last time I wired a vehicle was 25 years ago, nightmare on Elm. To this kit, what a difference, everything I needed was in this kit, fantastic!! And, most of all, thank you, very much!! Took me 20 minutes to wire everything, read the directions and watch your video's. Best tool yet, thank you again.

Works great super easy install.
Easy installation, I ran wiring thru inside of vehicle under carpet and out a rubber grommet in fire wall to battery as not to having wiring under vehicle
The video on the install was spot on for my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid SE. Only issues I had were cleaning up the goop from under the door weather seal that got spread along a bit after I peeled it back. A roll of paper towels and a few shots of WD40 loosened it up and got it off. I don't use the towing set up that much so I left the wires inside the car rather than mount the connector outside. Passed all tests with my tester and on the trailer. Thanks for the great products and videos!
This wiring harness works perfectly and is very easy to install. I had ordered the C95FR which was a product made by Curt (#56432) and on there site said it was the right harness for the 2020 Escape and did not work. etrailer exchanged the part thinking it may have been bad with no questions. That one did not work either so I ordered the TE54FR which is the correct harness for my car. etrailer was great to work with and I will order from them on future needs. There video is accurate and you do not have to pull the tail lights on the 2020 escape like on all the proceeding models.

Easy plug and play harness. However, the instructional video should include wiring to a traditional Escape. Not just a hybrid, which the battery is in the back of the car, easy peasy to get to. The traditional gas powered car is more involved to get wired to the front of the vehicle. At least give pointers.
The kit installed smoothly and worked on the first test. I couldn't find a You Tube video for a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid installation but the supplied printed instructions were clear and told me what I needed to know.
Everything needed for our 2020 Ford Escape. All the connections were strait forward and and worked directly. You do need to open up some of that back inside paneling but that's were the connections are so you have to do what you need to do. It wasn't hard on the Escape. The instructions were accurate and clear.
The combination of finding the correct part as well as the very detailed and informative video made installation so easy on this that I didn’t need to read the instructions.
Instructions were clear and detailed. The wiring has worked flawlessly. It may take a little time to install, but the finished product is neat and out-of-the-way. It looks as good as a factory install!
Wiring harness was a simple plug in fit for my 2020 Ford Escape. Interior panels easily popped open to access all the connection locations.

Installed 06/05/2020 (had a professional install) - Have not used it yet but look it looks good from the back of the car. I like the little device connector next to the receiver.
I put this on my 2020 ford escape. The only slight issue I ran into was running the power wire to the battery. The video shows it being installed on a titanium version with the battery in the back. Lower models have the battery upfront with several different firewall grommets.
Works well. Fits well. My battery was all the way in the front so I wired it to a cigarette outlet that was in the back and it works great
